About the role

As Programme Co-ordinator, you will support the Diocese of Shrewsbury Youth Mission Team in engaging and evangelising young people across parishes and schools. Working closely with the Director, you will help plan and deliver retreats, formation days, Confirmation programmes, youth events and pilgrimages, support the recruitment and training of volunteers, and develop creative and digital ways to communicate the Gospel. The role combines youth ministry, programme organisation, volunteer support and administration, requiring strong communication, organisation, initiative and a commitment to living and sharing the Catholic faith.
