On Wednesday 16 September, we warmly welcome Fr Sean Davidson, Vocations Director for the Diocese of Shrewsbury and Parish Priest of St Joseph’s Eucharistic Shrine in Stockport, to St Werburgh’s in Chester for a special evening of catechesis centred on the Eucharist.
The evening will draw on Fr Sean’s recently published book, The Eucharistic Springtime, inviting us to deepen our understanding of the Real Presence of Jesus and to consider how a renewed love for the Eucharist can bring new life to our own faith and to the life of the Church.
There will be an opportunity to listen, reflect and ask questions, followed by a time of Eucharistic Adoration, allowing us to spend time in the presence of the One whom we have been learning about.
