𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀 ✨✝️

Following the Opening Mass of the Diocese of Shrewsbury’s 75th Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes, on August 1st, the Pilgrims’ Cross was presented to Philip Malone in recognition of his many years of dedicated and faithful service to the Lourdes Pilgrimage.

The award was presented by Canon Christopher Matthews, Pilgrimage Director, in the presence of fellow pilgrims. Philip is pictured alongside Canon Christopher Matthews, Fr Peter Sharrocks and his brother, Ted Malone.

We give thanks for Philip’s generosity, commitment and quiet witness over so many years. His faithful service has enriched the pilgrimage and touched the lives of countless pilgrims.

Congratulations, Philip, and thank you for all you have done in the service of Our Lady of Lourdes and the Diocese of Shrewsbury. 💙
